33 grew up fishing colchester , ruby cohens ponds flyfishing for bass and bluegills, then lived near red cedar lake in lebanon caught alot of big fish,actually all species of fish in the place get big started getting more into salt water this year but most weekends in the winter if theres ice, i am fishing

all love pickerel in fact have been dubbed the pickerel pirate or PP 1, I prefer PP1

I used to tie bead head nymphs for the jeremy,slamon and farmingtion,for the trous for the large mouth, yamamotto s, cranks spinners stripers and blues, tsunami paddletails

okuma Sentara, uglystick, stream seaker,cortland flyrod 9'
Fishing plastics , sencos, zoom superflukes,popping for lmb with the flyrod, fishing structure for bucketmouths. hang chicken legs off a dock to catch a chinaman
Favorite Fishing Spot:
Love RI for the big boys but loyal to the local spots Harkness,Niantic,Norwich, but will go anywhere
made a big move out to the n west to go try somwhere new. Had alot of action. Prety imediate. 30 seconds after dropping my first minnow I had a large mouth. ended up with 6 my self erin was good for 3 bass and a pickerell, cousin nicky had a couple bass as well as Chester. but pete Mingero comes through with the biggest About 3 lbs of large mouth lovin.
Alexander lake for a couple hours.. was trying for pike bait but ended up with a 19" brown and largemouth going to make the hike for pike tomorrow wish me luck... want a 40 incher this year
frist time out for the big boys this year, second time out period for the year. I was dissapointed with my performance.. got work out the kinks... but cousin nicky boy came through wioth the long lost twin to my biggest fish caught out of the same place. 36 " 12 1/2 pounds cant tell ya the location cause i would have to kill you and then I would have no one to share my posts with.... kabeesh? not that the walk out of this place wouldn't kill you... If you follow my trips you could prob figure it out...

First time out for the big boys this year... i did didly s***.... 5 chew and screws..... got get the wrinkles out.. too long a walk to catch no fish and have problems..BUT.....cousin Nicky came through catching the Long lost twin of the fish I got last year... 36 12 1/2 pounds they also had a couple of 30's before I got there.
Mt first time fishing for eyes, 2 flags 2 fish, mine was a short .... 15. Buddy Scott got a fattie dont know how long it was slow.... but alot of food and freinds.. cant go wrong.
Just moved to danielson and been trying to figure out what is around here I have the quinabog river but dont know much about it but managed a couple fish each time I have gone Any body any info on this area? glad to hear it .
Haddam meadow is up river from salmon river. But I've caught pike at the salmon river boat launch as well. I think haddam meadow boat launch is better.

How to catch a polar bear... cut a big hole in the ice, place a bunch of peas around the hole...then hide. when the bear goes to take a pea, run up and kick him in the ice hole.
